Soccer: Liverpool dominate the Merseyside derby

Liverpool FC clearly won the Merseyside derby at Everton FC and beat local rivals 4-1 on Wednesday evening. The “Reds” remain third in the Premier League because Chelsea and Manchester City have also won their games. Chelsea defended first place with a 2-1 win at Watford FC. The table runner-up ManCity won 2-1 at Aston Villa.

Liverpool celebrated the victory mainly thanks to the outstanding double goalscorer Mohammed Salah (19th, 64th).
