The Venezuelan ex-player Omar vizquel ruled on the legal case he had with his ex-wife, in which he had been accused of domestic violence. The accusation was dismissed and the two are finally legally separated.
“As promised, I share with you the completion of the legal process with my now ex-wife, Blanca García, where justice always prevails!He wrote via Twitter.
The statement was written on December 24, and the process ended a day earlier. The judge decided that Blanca García will receive “what corresponds to her in accordance with justice.” In addition, the complaints of domestic violence made by his ex-partner were dismissed in court.
However, the investigation of the sexual harassment complaint against him, which was made by a bat boy months ago, is still ongoing. The former Venezuelan player did not testify in this regard as it is an ongoing case.
