LPGA cards final: Pauline Roussin-Bouchard well launched

Let’s go for the final marathon of access cards to the LPGA Tour. The first stage of four laps took place this Thursday in Alabama. And if three players are in the lead at -6 (the Danish Emily Kristine Pedersen, the Mexican Alejandra Llaneza and the Taiwanese Peiyun Chien), all eyes are on the four Habs involved.

PRB, the eagle that changes everything

Pauline Roussin-Bouchard alternated hot (three birdies) and cold (three bogeys) for 17 holes on the Falls Course. But a final eagle at 18 allows him to sign a solid 69 (-2) and point to 25th provisional rank. La Varoise will try like all the players present to finish her week in the Top 70 qualifying for the final stage of this final.

Aimé and Laisne combative

Julie Aimé beat the Crossing Course with a balanced card (2 birdies, 1 bogey). She occupies 40th place after this 71 (-1).

On the Falls Course, Agathe Laisné did not start her game well (bogeys at 1 and 3) but she signed three birdies on the return for a final 71 (par) which places her 53rd.

Only Emma Broze, who played at the Crossings, missed her entry: with four bogeys and a double, the Ligérienne played 78 (+6) and ended up 106th.
