Pofficially created for the specialty of Kumite (controlled contact combat), the last “restricted training” established by the Regional Technical Center – CTR of Tuscany, for the Olympic discipline of Karate Fijlkam (Italian Federation of Judo Fight Karate Martial Arts).
The aforementioned training session, upon convocation, took place last Sunday at the Pistoia sports facility. Restricted trainings have as their purpose the verification of performance models, technical / tactical growth of athletes and have been developed using the guidelines and methodologies proposed by the National Technical Directorate.
On this occasion of progress and of agonist growth was a source of great satisfaction for the youth sector of the ASD Army – 187th Folgore di Livorno, for the summons of the “folgorini” Andrea Bozzi, Emma Frizzi, Federico Picchiotti, Francesca Giraldi, Jacopo Citi, Laura Giraldi, Mihai Mogildea and Luca Pilagatti.
The technical staff, the masters Antonio Gogo De Luca, Marco Morelli and Riccardo Montini, working with a smaller group of athletes, he had the opportunity to further investigate some issues useful for high-profile performance and to proceed with a monitoring action of the most prepared athletes, for the constitution of the future regional team
