Isaiah Thomas joins G-League and is planning the next NBA comeback

Isaiah Thomas has signed on with the NBA G League and wants to recommend himself for another job in the NBA in the upcoming development league showcase.

This is what Shams Charania reported (The Athletic). Thomas has already been following last month a successful commitment for Team USA in qualifying for the 2023 World Cup declares that he has not yet given up his career as an NBA professional.

Which team the 32-year-old will play in the G-League does not seem to be known yet. The time is not a coincidence, however, because the league is from 19.-22. December the G-League Showcase in Las Vegas, where some scouts and people in charge of the 30 NBA teams will be on site to look for possible reinforcements for the current season or the future.

Thomas came to the New Orleans Pelicans late last season, but did not play again after three expected mixed games during such a long break. In the 2019/20 season, he was a starter in 37 of his 40 completed games for the Washington Wizards, with 41.3 percent better from downtown than with twos (40.5 percent).
