The FANS of Ricky Gervais’ hit show After Life are eagerly awaiting the third installment of the black comedy drama, which was confirmed earlier this year.
While much of the filming took place in Hemel Hempstead, the main character Tony lives in a modest row house in North London.
But far from the Netflix series, the 60-year-old actor and his partner Jane Fallon live in a luxurious £ 10.8 million London mansion and have turned their massive back garden into a badminton court.
The renovation is the latest development on your property featuring eight bedrooms, a pool, and a summer house.
Best-selling author Jane unveiled her new badminton court on Instagram Tuesday.
She revealed that they used permanent line marking paint to create the DIY court, which comes complete with a net.
Jane wrote: “Shit got real #badminton.”
Even with the newly installed court, there is plenty of space in the garden, which features a flagstone patio and perfectly manicured foliage.
The couple moved into their ‘ambassador’ mansion in 2015, after putting their Hampstead Heath rig up for sale.
The luxurious excavation has three bathrooms, four reception rooms and a summer house.
Jane often gives her followers glimpses of her home with Ricky, including his grand staircase, dark wood floors, and ornately carved antique chairs.
It also has an office with a striking bright pink wall, floor-to-ceiling bookcases, and a dollhouse.
Ricky also owns a £ 2.75 million riverside home in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
He bought the platform in 2016 and calls it his “little country retreat” on Twitter.
The Office star is in good company, counting George and Amal Clooney as neighbors.
The Hollywood couple held their second wedding reception at Danesfield House, just outside Marlow.
They also own a Grade II listed mansion in nearby Sonning, which is prone to flooding from the River Thames.
The popular After Life show follows the life of a journalist named Tony, who works for his local newspaper in a made-up town called Tambury.
Documents Tony’s struggles after being widowed when his wife Lisa sadly dies of cancer.
Tony hits rock bottom and contemplates suicide several times, but is saved by his beloved dog Brandy.
Afterlife premiered in March 2019 and the second season followed shortly thereafter in April 2020.
The actor said that the third series, previously confirmed as the show’s latest departure, will debut on January 14.
