In Plaintel, young badists take down their feathers – Plaintel

On Wednesday 22 December, the Plaintel badminton club organized a Pass’Bad meeting, open to all young licensees. A device also called “feather passage”, aimed at promoting the progress of young players. 22 young people from the clubs of Quintin, Plérin, Saint-Brieuc, Loudéac and Plaintel took part.

Five feathers

Pass’Bad is a tool with five different colored feathers: white, yellow, green, blue and red. They validate the player’s progression stages, in the technical field (handling the racket, placement, movement), the tactical field (trajectories, taking into account an opposition) and knowledge of the activity (respect for the rules and badminton environment).

David Gicquel, youth manager of the club, and Isabelle Bervas, president, indicate: “All the feathers can be obtained over two seasons. The player has a passport where he sticks his feathers obtained. The chicks and youngest categories are particularly concerned ”.
