Icheon City Hall men’s tennis team re-established… Appointed manager Eun-ja Yeon

[스포츠서울|김경무전문기자] The men’s tennis team at Icheon City Hall, which was disbanded at the end of last year, was reborn.

Last year, the city of Icheon dismantled all the existing tennis, marathon, and triathlon (male teams) teams for the reason of “creating a workplace sports club with Icheon citizens.” However, after a briefing for the establishment of the Workplace Athletic Team on May 12th, the team decided to establish a badminton team with Jeong-gu through a screening (paper evaluation 70%, presentation evaluation 30%).

Icheon City held the inauguration ceremony of the two teams in the conference room on the first floor on the 29th with the presence of Mayor Um Tae-joon, City Mayor Jeong Jong-cheol, Icheon City Sports Council President Won-jin Won, and Icheon City Soft Tennis Association Chairman Song Kyung.

The men’s tennis team consisted of three people: Chae Byung-hyeon (25, graduated from Hankyung University), Choi Seong-rim (23, graduated from Daejeon University), and Jeong Ki-yeon (23, graduated from Youngsan University).
