Iberia has announced the programming of special flights between Casablanca and Madrid for January 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2022, after the decision of the Moroccan authorities to extend the suspension of direct flights until January 31 with a view to contain the spread of the new COVID-19 Omicron variant.

These flights will be operated by Airbus A320 with a capacity of between 140 and 200 seats. In addition, passengers whose flights were canceled and who want to return to Spain from Casablanca, Marrakech or Tangier during the month of January will be able to change their reservation to these new operations, without additional charge, indicates Iberia.

It should be remembered that throughout the Covid-19 crisis, Iberia has already operated more than 70 flights to more than 20 countries, including Australia, the Philippines and Nepal.
