Hochdahl From January 2022, TSV Hochdahl 64 eV will again be offering new prevention courses in its fitness and health center on the subject of balance training, Nordic walking, good things for the back, TK Plus and TK back basic (shoulder & co). The offer is aimed at everyone who wants to do something preventive for their health.
Prevention courses – also known as health courses – help prevent disease and find a healthier lifestyle.
Specialized in the area of exercise, TSV Hochdahl offers various exercise modules under the direction of qualified trainers.
The prevention offers have been awarded the “Plus Punkt Gesundheit” seal of approval and are subsidized by health insurance companies with up to 80% of the course fee.
The costs for the 9 or 10 hour courses are 90 euros.

About TSV Hochdahl 64 eV
With around 4,000 members, the “Turn- und Sportverein Hochdahl 64 eV” (TSV Hochdahl) founded in 1964 is the largest sports club in Erkrath. As a multi-disciplinary sports club, over 20 different sports are offered. The variety ranges from badminton to baseball, disabled sports, jazz & modern dance to volleyball and hiking. The focus of the association’s work lies in the care of children and adolescents as well as in the health sector.
The TSV Hochdahl has shown a special social commitment since 1988 as a sponsor of open child and youth work and since 2002 as a base association for “integration through sport”. In 2005, this commitment was awarded the gold “Star of Sports” at the federal level.
In 2007 TSV Hochdahl opened its own fitness and health center. All generations are addressed with a wide range of options, from current fitness offers to rehabilitation and preventive sports. The German Olympic Sports Confederation has awarded the TSV fitness and health center several times with the “Sport pro Fitness” quality circle for its concept and offer.
