Special / EXPRESS.BEAUTIFUL, YOU ARE.- Manuel “N”, 52 years old, was arrested by the Municipal Police, after he left a department store without paying for a pair of tennis shoes.
The arrest was made at the establishment located on Avenida Plutarco Elías Calles and Calle Benito Juárez in the Centro neighborhood.
The security guard of the business indicated to the municipal police that the individual left without paying the amount of $ 999.00 for the tennis shoes.
