Dwight Lodeweges as assistant national coach

Dwight Lodeweges is the new trainer of third divisionist VVOG. It is the third time that the former coach of SC Cambuur starts working for the club from Harderwijk.
Lodeweges has signed a contract for one season with an option for an extra season with the amateur club. Between 1995 and 1997 and in 2012-2013, the former interim national coach was also a trainer of VVOG.
The 64-year-old trainer was assistant trainer at PEC Zwolle until the end of November, but left when trainer Art Langeler left the current bottom of the Eredivisie. Before that, Lodeweges was assistant coach for the Dutch national team under former national coach Frank de Boer.
