However, the prerequisite for the exception: All clubs that play home games must have a hygiene plan.

And: The games must basically take place according to 2G plus rules: They are only open to vaccinated and convalescent people who also have to show a current negative corona test. In Berlin, wearing an FFP2 mask is also compulsory.
