Forty minutes always in pursuit of opponents, never giving up and trying to keep the flame of hope alive. Domus Mulieris tries to bring home two points from the difficult trip to Terni until the end, but then has to raise the white flag in front of the skill of the opponents who, dragged by a wild Bartholomew, enforce the law of the home factor.
The match starts in the name of equilibrium, Grassia and Scordino hit the Terni defense and keep the Domus Mulieris in the game which, however, is immediately confronted with Bartholomew, an unsolved puzzle for all forty minutes. The long distance shots give new life to Carlo Scaramuccia’s quintet who, however, never manages to put their heads forward and can only reduce the gap against Pink to only seven points at the mid-race siren.
The third period is the one that launches the escape of the Terni, to Bartholomew is also added Keshi who goes in double figures but it is above all the defense of Pink to rise in tone forcing the Domus Mulieris to many errors that cause the yellow and blue to precipitate up to – 15. It seems over but the Viterbo quintet does not give up, coach Scaramuccia plays the pressing card across the board and gnaws a large part of the disadvantage, returning to hope for a sensational comeback. The dream of taking home the victory, however, is shattered against the determination of the hosts who overcome the moment of difficulty and finish the race victoriously.
Now the calendar is back on the rise for the Domus Mulieris which, in rapid sequence, will have the away match from Roseto and the home match against Campobasso, formations currently at the top of the group standings.
