Diverse fortune for the Belgians, Origi scorer, Carrasco excluded

The last day of the group stage takes place this week and a few Devils were on the lawns on Tuesday evening.

Divock Origi has once again found the net with Liverpool, traveling to AC Milan. Already qualified, the Reds had a role to play in Group B since the other three teams in the group could still claim second place.

Traveling to AC Milan, Liverpool quickly found themselves behind but came back in the game thanks to Mohamed Wrong before Divock Origi does give the advantage to the Reds.

After giving the victory to Jurgen Klopp’s men in the Premier League this weekend against Wolverhampton, Divock Origi has once again found the net. This time, in fox surfaces, head on a ball repelled by Mike Maignan.

In the group’s other meeting, Atletico de Carrasco could scratch second place in the event of victory at Porto since the Reds took the best of Milan. As the Colchoneros led 0-1 at Dragao, Yannick Carrasco was sent off for a bad temper on a Porto player after a foul was called against him.

An exclusion which did not ultimately bear consequences for the Colchoneros since they won 1-3 and therefore finished second in group B, behind Liverpool. Porto are third and are transferred to the Europa League. Milan are eliminated.
