Former Seibu Daisuke Matsuzaka (41) and former Nippon Ham Yuki Saito (33), who retired from active duty this season in professional baseball, attended a training session to qualify experienced professional baseball coaches. On the 29th, it was revealed by interviewing people involved in the baseball world. If you complete the course and get approval from the Japan Student Baseball Association, you will be able to teach at high schools and universities in Japan.

Mr. Matsuzaka achieved consecutive spring and summer championships at the Koshien Tournament as an ace in 1998 during the Yokohama High School. It took the nickname of “Heisei no Kaibutsu”. Mr. Saito won the summer Koshien tournament final in 2006, which was the third year of Waseda High School Baseball Championship, by winning a match with Masahiro Tanaka (currently Rakuten) of Komadai Tomakomai High School. At Waseda University in the Tokyo Big6 Baseball League, he marked 31 wins in total.
