Club legend Ray Kennedy is dead

A Liverpool club legend has died. This is Ray Kennedy. From 1974 to 1982 Kennedy ran for the “Reds”. Now he died of Parkinson’s.

Again FC Liverpool announced on Tuesday that ex-player Ray Kennedy has died at the age of 70. The former England international played for Liverpool between 1974 and 1982. Kennedy completed a total of 369 competitive games for the “Reds”. In these, the left midfielder scored 67 goals and prepared another 31.

The Briton also celebrated some successes with the traditional club from England. With the club he won the European National Champions’ Cup in 1977, 1978 and 1981, the UEFA Cup in 1976, the English championship six times and the European Supercup in 1977.

Now, Kennedy died on November 30, 2021 after years of battling Parkinson’s disease.
