Bamberg basketball players take Czech Kyzlink – Simpson leaves

by archysport

Simpson had only moved to Bamberg from the Turkish first division club Gaziantep in the summer. Due to several injuries, the 30-year-old winger missed a large part of the preparation. Now the contract with Simpson has been terminated amicably.

Kyzlink last played for USK Prague and averaged a little more than 18 points per game. “Tomas is an athletic player who will give us energy up front and back and who is looking forward to playing for Bamberg. He will give us defensive stability and strengthen us offensively as ball handlers and shooters,” said Bamberg coach Oren Amiel.

Kyzlink sees himself as an “energetic player who can bring his strengths to bear on both sides of the floor. I’m fast for my size and can anticipate things well. That helps me especially with rebound.”
