The ski fair, organized by the Montcalm Ski club, took place last Sunday in the municipal hall of Niaux.
Despite the heavy snowfall, snow sports enthusiasts came out both in the morning to drop off the equipment and in the afternoon for the sale supervised by Karine and members of the office who advised buyers. Thus, young and old have been able to equip themselves with good quality equipment, and this at an unbeatable cost.
President Adrien Rives and treasurer Jean-Marie Escriva also informed new people who wanted to join the club.
The snow, which has been falling for several days now, is the joy of the club, which hopes for a few outings to the slopes before the end of the year and is delighted with the opening of the Goulier-Neige resort on December 18th. The office wishes to thank all those who support the club: the elected officials for their subsidy, the town hall of Niaux for the loan of the room and the members who all participate in the good atmosphere of the group. The Montcalm Ski club hopes to take full advantage of this new winter season and is counting on as many people as possible to start it off in a good mood!
