Against Yidi it was a fierce performance practically similar against Yingsha. Diaz trailed 3-0 (11-4, 11-8, 11-8) before making a comeback attempt, winning the fourth and fifth games with scores of 11-9 both. Lost the sixth 11-4.
Diaz, 21, is the 16th racket on the planet. She arrived in Singapore as the only representative of the American continent in the contest that distributes in prizes $ 600,000.
