Hello ????
12/11 “WORK and FES 2021” to be held next weekend

From today, I will introduce the sessions little by little. First of all, I would like to introduce the first special session.

The top batter of the event is Mr. Kosei Inoue, a judoka who led the men’s judo representative from Japan who played an active part in the Tokyo Olympics this summer.

During his time as an active player, Mr. Inoue has made many illustrious achievements such as winning a gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics 100 kg class. And when he was the coach of the Japanese national team, he produced a number of medalists by teaching using data analysis instead of the traditional guts theory.
This time, I would like to talk about team building that only Mr. Inoue can talk about, such as what he valued when he was a player and a coach, and how to create a strong team based on a relationship of trust with players and staff. In addition, I would like to ask you about your current view of work and future prospects, such as what you value in your work at Tokai University, where you are currently a professor, and at the Japan Judo Federation, which spreads the appeal of judo.

The highlight of this session is that you can hear all the stories about Mr. Inoue’s way of working, which has brought a new breeze to the Japanese judo world, not only as a player but also as an instructor. Also, I am looking forward to hearing about the future prospects of Mr. Inoue, who brilliantly said at the retirement interview of the representative director held in September this year, “It is worthwhile to make use of valuable experience in the next stage.” ..
Mr. Inoue, who has continued to compete on various big stages and led the team as a leader, is the secret of creating a team that everyone who works must listen to.

Please enjoy it!
