“Youth space” project, Attilio Romita in Macerata

The journalist Attilio Romita will be the protagonist of the second meeting on information hosted at the “Matteo Ricci” Institute in Macerata. The appointment tomorrow, December 1st, to deepen the issues related in particular to the role of television. Over 180 students of the Human Sciences and Tourism Lyceum will listen to it in the auditorium. Romita, born in Bari 68 years ago, boasts 47 years of activity as a journalist: until recently he was one of the most famous “half-lengths” in Italy, having hosted the evening Tg1 on Raiuno for a long time. Graduated in Law, he is married and has a 25-year-old daughter. During his university studies he began his experience as a journalist first in a private radio, Bari Radiouno, then in a private television, Telebari. So the landing on Rai. After the meeting with the students of “Matteo Ricci”, Attilio Romita will move to the University of Macerata at 12 for another interesting conference with the students of the university, open to the public with free admission, at the Casb, didactic library of the university in Piazza Oberdan in Macerata, to talk about how the news circulates through the media. The initiative is promoted as part of the “Youth Space” project, curated by the Help Sos Health and family association of San Severino together with a pool of local institutions and associations. The journalist Alessandra Pierini, co-founder of the newspaper Cronache Maceratesi, opened the series of meetings last Wednesday. A discussion with Alessandro Caporaletti, head of the Macerata editorial team of “il Resto del Carlino” will follow on Tuesday 14 December. The route was conceived and coordinated by the journalist Mauro Grespini. As is well known, “Youth Space” is being carried out thanks to regional funds and funds from the Department for youth policies and universal civil service, thanks to the collaboration of numerous partners. In addition to the “Matteo Ricci” of Macerata, itts “Divini”, Asur, the Mountain Union of Potenza, Esino and Musone, Social Area 17 of San Severino, cultural and sports associations such as the Andrej Tarkovskij Cultural Center of San Severino, the association juvenile Judo Samurai of Jesi Chiaravalle, the Age Marche, the Uisp of Jesi, the J Etic center of San Severino, the “Equilibri” association of Corridonia and the San Severino Marche association.
