Two more qualified for the 2021 Italian Championship: Boscarino and Cittadini in the final

In the sports hall of Castenaso (BO) the regional qualification phase for the beginners and junior Italian championships took place. Organized by the local judo Club and by Fijlkam – the Italian judo federation – the test also distributed the 2021 regional titles and saw the participation of over one hundred athletes who battled on the two tatami mats to compete for the passes to participate in the finals that took place. they will take place in November at the Olympic Center of Ostia and will assign the tricolor titles. The athletes of the Budokan Institute, followed in the competition by the technicians Ilenia Paoletti, Massimiliano Nobile and Gianpiero Donati, collected one gold, two silvers and two bronzes surrounded by two fifths and two seventh places. There were two athletes who, hitting the top of the rankings to which they belong, took off the pass for the dispute of the national finals.

Leonardo Citizens he beats all the competition by beating in order: Riccardo Fiorini (San Mamolo Bologna), Otay Chady (Kiu Shin Do Kai Parma) and Leonardo Fiori (Inzani Parma) and wins, in addition to the pass for the final, the title of Regional Champion. Regional vice champions were Omar Cold e Giovanni Mastrogiacomo (victory over Domenichini Alessio of San Mamolo Bologna). Pass detached for the national final and third step of the podium for Lorenzo Boscarino with victories over Luca Zamboni (San Mamolo Bologna), Enrico Malet (Emilia Judo) and Luca Mancini (Academy Modena). Another third place for Valerio Berti with the victories over Giacomo Tomellini (Geesink Due Spilamberto) and Gianedoardo Rossi (Judo Club Castenaso). The fifth places were for Filippo Paoletti e Luca Bergami while Federico Roncarati e Ruben Belloni they finished in seventh place.
