Egy Maulana Vikri scored his first goal for FK Senica in the Slovak League. His goal was scored in the middle of the pouring snow.
Egy appeared as a starter when FK Senica hosted MSK Zilina at the FK Senica Stadium, Saturday (27/11/2021) early morning WIB. The match was held in snowy conditions.
Positioned as a right winger, Egy immediately kicked off when the game had only been running for 16 minutes. Getting the ball near the line of the penalty box, Egy kicked the ball towards the goal, but it was still blocked by defender Zilina.
The blocked ball went back to Egy Maulana Vikri who then turned around and immediately shot the ball with his left foot. The ball slid in without being anticipated by Zilina goalkeeper Samuel Petras. FK Senica lead 1-0.
The home team’s advantage lasted only 17 minutes. MSK Zilina was able to score a reply in the 33rd minute, as well as closing the first half with a score of 1-1.
After halftime, the blizzard that hit was getting heavier and made the match unable to resume. The match officials decided to postpone the match.
Both teams agreed to complete the second round on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 afternoon local time.
Egy has so far played nine times in the 2021/2022 Slovak League, as well as twice in the Slovak Cup. In total he has scored one goal and four assists in all competitions with FK Senica.
