Montsalvy. Archery Sports Retreat. For members of the Sports Retreat, Wednesday afternoon is reserved for archery. The discipline still remains a little confidential but they are all the same a small dozen to practice on the targets arranged in the multipurpose room.
Under the direction of Yannick Bébel who, with Yves Escurier, will take over from President Robert Cambon as leader, archers and archers compete in skill and precision. Between two shooting sessions, Yannick explains: “I start with a 20-minute warm-up session where I work on the shoulders, arms, wrists and hands. Then we go on with three quarters of an hour of shooting and we end with games. Our session must remain fun. With Yves, we will follow a short week of training in Vichy to obtain module 2 for archery leaders. On June 22, we will have a beautiful afternoon during an interclub challenge at the Paul-Combourieu stadium. ”
