Tuesday 23 November at the meeting room of ENDAS circle of Godo, the Shareholders’ Meeting was held for the renewal of the President and the executive team belonging to the company’s board of directors.
The Assembly, chaired by Alessandra Soprani, with secretary Elisa Melandri, saw the outgoing President Carlo Naldoni sincerely thank the shareholders, the outgoing managers and all those who held positions at the company, for the collaboration and support they expressed in these last three years with enthusiasm and passion, without ever holding back and allowing the company to continue to carry out its business in the sport of baseball both as regards the youth teams and the Serie A. Naldoni summarized the results achieved in these the last three years and the pride of living the 30th year of promotion to Serie A, where for 30 years the Godo team has been playing continuously, despite the past difficult years. He also underlined, in particular, the achievement of an agreement with Ravenna Baseball, which gave rise to the “Byzantine Baseball” franchise, intended to consolidate and continue the activity of baseball and the training of children and players, with greater possibilities of growth and expansion of the base of athletes involved in our territory.
We then moved on to the election of the new President and the new Board of Directors. Carlo Naldoni was reconfirmed as President, the following members were elected as members of the Board of Directors:

The re-elected President Naldoni thanked him for the trust granted to him and undertook to try to involve other members and volunteers as much as possible, in order to also ensure new ideas and initiatives, together with the elected management team. At the end of the Assembly it was announced that in the first direction that will meet on Wednesday 1 December, the work program for the next three years will be finalized and the tasks will be distributed both within the Management and among the voluntary members, for as regards Vice-President, Secretary, Sporting Director, General Manager, Managers accompanying youth teams and Serie A, youth manager, Byzantine coordination. Members who are not part of the Governing Council who should receive assignments due to their skills and qualities, will become an integral part of the executive team and permanent guests of the Governing Council.
