Mazatlán, Sin.- From November 24 to 28, another edition of the Mazatlán Baseball Tournament, which will have the presence of 120 teams, on 7 different categories, who will fight for the title of this championship.
Since Wednesday, the players who will participate in this fair began to arrive, which had to be canceled last year due to the contingency of COVID-19.
Despite the health protocols that have been implemented, the number of teams was reduced, in order not to have a large concentration of people in the host fields, where the tournament will take place.
Day 1 activity starts on Thursday 25 from 8:00 am at the 4 scheduled venues, Deportivo Benito Juárez, Club Deportivo Muralla, Liga Mazatlán and Club Deportivo Sarabia.
The competition continues on Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday all the finals and the awards and closing ceremony take place.
The Mazatlán Baseball Tournament comes to contribute to the economic reactivation of the port, since there are approximately 1,800 baseball players who will be participating, and they are also accompanied by family members.
