Little by little, the Estela Foundation, an entity attached to the Xarxa de Santa Tecla, recovers group activities outside the Estela Foundation facilities. On October 23, a group of Estela users began the season of sports competitions with the Catalan sports federation ACELL.
This year the championships are provincial in scope and teams representing the entire territory of the Tarragona region participate. Estela’s first participation was in the table tennis and badminton competitions in the Mediterranean Ring of Tarragona. It is exciting to share this news, since sport moves us both physically and emotionally and is a tool to achieve quality of life and well-being for everyone.
