German Zuzanne Krehere won in both races and Zunte lost 2.88 seconds in two races. The Latvian was 18th and 16th in the races, but at the start she showed the tenth and 12th result, respectively.

The German woman also took the second place, with Sofia Grībele only a tenth of a second behind her compatriot. The third was the Brazilian Nicole Rosha Silveira, who lost 0.23 seconds to the winner. 25 athletes took part in the competition, of which 20 qualified for the second race.

The fourth stage will take place right there in Wednesday. The first two stages took place in Whistler, Canada, where Zunte took 13th and 14th place. In Whistler and Park City, the Latvian also competed in the North American Cup.

The skeleton of the Intercontinental Cup is the second-ranked competition after the World Cup, and the athletes are also fighting for points in the qualification of the 2022 Beijing Olympic Games. The North American Cup, like the European Cup matches, is a third-ranked match.
