The investigation into the robbery, in which a 15-year-old youth was the victim of a group of five perpetrators at the Sankt Augustin-Zentrum stop last Friday evening, is ongoing. After the public search, a witness reported to the police, but he has yet to be questioned.
In addition, the evaluation of the video recordings from the monitored area of the bus stop on line 66 is still pending. The investigators hope that this will provide further information to track down the suspect.
They spoke to the 15-year-old at the bus stop on Friday, November 19, around 6:10 p.m. One of them wanted a euro for a ticket. Helpful, the later victim opened his wallet, which was then snatched from him. The perpetrators took out the money and some coins fell to the ground. The group fled on a 66 train in the direction of Siegburg. The police are asking for more information about the 16 to 18 year old men.
