2021 is the theme of “Year of Heroes”, Abe poetry (judo artist), Abe Ichizo (judo artist), Kasumi Arimura (actress), Kanoa Igarashi (professional surfer), Kinya Kitaoji (actor), Takumi Kitamura (actor), JP THE WAVY (rapper), Atsushi Shison (actor), Yumeji Tsuzuki (professional surfer), TOMORROW X TOGETHER (artist), Keiyo Noguchi (professional free climber), Magical Lovely (entertainer) , Yuto Horimai (skateboarder), Koji Yakusho (actor), Yuriyan Retriever (entertainer), and LEX (artist) * Awards in alphabetical order have been decided.
Along with this, the “GQ MEN OF THE YEAR 2021” award ceremony will be held from 19:30 on November 24, 2021 (Wednesday). The award ceremony, which shows great excitement including SNS every year, will be broadcast live on the official YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok accounts of “GQ JAPAN”.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER is the third year since its debut, and this year, the Korean 2nd album “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” released in Korea recorded the 5th place on the Billboard 200 in the United States for the first time, and K-POP released in 2021. 13-week chart-in, the longest period in the group’s album. In Japan, Japan’s 1st EP “Chaotic Wonderland” was released in November, which attracted a lot of attention. It is the most noticeable global pop icon not only in Korea but also in the world including Japan.
On the day of the event, in addition to presenting trophies to the winners, speeches, crosstalk sessions that can only be seen here, and live performances are planned.
