Judo competitions interrupted since March 2020 finally resumed on November 13, when the 44th Quebec Omnium was held at the Claude-Robillard sports complex in Montreal. The Boucherville judokas have good reason to smile since four of them are on the podium.

Tristan Lapointe won a gold medal in the U16 category (42 kg). Among the seniors, Jérémie Blain (81 kg) also won a gold medal. In the U18 category, Hugo Levacher (50 kg) won the silver medal. And again in this category but among the girls, Catherine Toshko (57 kg) won the bronze medal.

Some 570 competitors from 125 clubs from Quebec, Canada, the United States and even some from the islands of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon were gathered for this competition. The Quebec Open serves as a selection for the elite and open Canadian championships.
