Product Compliance Manager (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- You research and record national and international compliance requirements for our water treatment products
- You identify and evaluate, if necessary in cooperation with specialist lawyers, the risks that arise for the company and formulate internal requirements
- You will develop and coordinate legally secure process flows for the fulfillment of the requirements in cooperation with company departments such as development, procurement and IT
- You support employees with product compliance issues, conduct appropriate training courses and create instructions and templates
- They ensure that the company fulfills its obligations with regard to product compliance, e.g. towards authorities (ECHA, EAR …) and customers
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering with content on product compliance and ideally chemistry / substance law or you can demonstrate a comparable qualification
- You already have experience in product compliance and project management as well as knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements (e.g. RoHS, REACH, SCIP, WEEE)
- You work independently, structured and success-oriented
- You have strong communication skills and are team-oriented
- You have business fluent knowledge of German and English
