Police, 2022 Flame Gold Competition for 16 Athletes, all the details – Published in the Official Gazette no. 92 of 19-11-2021 the new competition dedicated to the Fiamme Oro State Police, in particular it involves the recruitment of 16 athletes who will be assigned to the Fiamme Oro sports groups. Places available STATE POLICE ATHLETES – There are 16 places available and this announcement will select new agents and assistants of the PS, in particular sportsmen recognized of national interest by CONI – the Italian National Olympic Committee or by the national sports federations. - 1 athlete, female, triathlon discipline, triathlon specialty distance “olimpica” triathlon distance “sprint” – aquathlon – Italian triathlon federation;
- 1 athlete, female, fencing discipline, female saber specialty – Italian Fencing Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, fencing discipline, women’s sword specialty – Italian Fencing Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, biathlon discipline – Italian winter sports federation;
- 1 athlete, female, curling discipline, mixed doubles specialty – Italian Ice Sports Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, skeet discipline, skeet specialty – skeet mixed team – Italian volleyball federation;
- 1 athlete, male, skeet shooting discipline, Olympic pit specialty – Olympic pit mixed team – Italian volleyball federation;
- 1 athlete, male, weightlifting discipline, 67 kg category – Italian Weightlifting Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, boxing discipline, category 57 kg – Italian Boxing Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, boxing discipline, 51 kg category – Italian Boxing Federation;
- 1 athlete, male, canoe discipline, senior category, Canadian canoe specialty, C2 500 meters, left rowing – Italian Canoe Kayak Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, athletics discipline, pole vault specialty – Italian Athletics Federation;
- 1 athlete, female, judo discipline, category 52 kg – Italian Federation of judo wrestling karate martial arts;
- 1 athlete, male, judo discipline, category 60 kg – Italian Federation of judo fight karate martial arts;
- 1 athlete, male, judo discipline, category 66 kg – Italian Federation of judo fight karate martial arts;
- 1 athlete, male, artistic gymnastics discipline, rings specialties – Italian Gymnastics Federation.
Qualifications and requirements – As already mentioned for the competition published in the Official Gazette no. 92 of 19-11-2021 Fiamme Oro State Police you must be an athlete, but you must also possess the following requirements to participate in the competition:
-Italian citizenship;
– enjoyment of civil and political rights;
– have completed the 17th year of age and not have completed the 35th year of age;
– 1st grade secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification;
– have been recognized by CONI or by the National Sports Federations Athlete of national interest, and be in possession of at least one of the qualifications required by the announcement;
– physical, mental and aptitude suitability for the police service;
– not having been expelled by the Armed Forces and militarily organized bodies;
– not having been dismissed from public offices, dispensed for persistent insufficient performance or declared forfeited from state employment;
– absence of prison sentences for non-culpable crimes;
– have not been subjected to safety or prevention measures.
SELECTION – All athletes aspiring to the role of PS Agents and Assistants must take the following exams:
psycho-physical assessments;
aptitude assessments;
evaluation of sports and culture qualifications.
