Peñarol continues without winning in three dates and was crushed by Goes; Urupan and Biguá continue leaders of the League

Peñarol de Pablo López still does not know what it is to win in the Uruguayan Basketball League after this Friday he was crushed by Goes who beat him from end to end by a score of 67-51.

The aurinegros have lost their three games so far, against Hebraica and Macabi, 78-74 in their debut, and then against Aguada 84-70.

Urupan continues to lead

In another of the games played on Friday night, and showing the other side of Peñarol, Urupan won his third game in a row and commands the League positions alongside Biguá.

The Pandenses thrashed Olivol Mundial 93-73.

Mateo Sarni had a dream night with 25 points, two rebounds and eight assists and it was unremarkable for the rival defense.

He was followed by Hernando Cáceres who scored 17 points, had seven rebounds and provided two assists.

In the loser, Pedro Ianguas with 17 points was the scorer and was followed by Anthony Danridge and Justin Pierce, with 16 each.

Biguá also at the top

Biguá consolidated this Friday at the top of the Uruguayan Basketball League together with Urupan after beating Nacional 94-82.

Donald Sims was once again essential in Villa Biarritz with 24 points.

Meanwhile, in the tricolor, Charles Hinckle played a great game but was little accompanied.

The white foreigner converted 34 points and had six rebounds, but that was not enough.
