In the 55th minute of Inter-Napoli, following a fortuitous clash with Skriniar, Victor Osimhen was forced to change (replaced by Petagna) due to a problem with his face near his left eye. Taken to the Niguarda hospital in Milan for a suspected head injury, the tests revealed multiple displaced fractures of the orbit and left cheekbone. Surgery scheduled in the next few days, will be out at least a month
