Chicago Bulls is still in shape. The Illinois franchise beat the New York Knicks (109-103) and leads the Eastern Conference with the Brooklyn Nets: both teams have a 12-5 record. Those of the Big Apple, for their part, are still in full struggle, in the play-in positions after an unstable stretch of the season in which they have only won four games in the last ten. DeMar DeRozan was the leading scorer with 31 points from some Bulls who did not have Vucevic: the center has just come out of the isolation marked by the anti-COVID protocols, although there is still no date of return. Coby White played his best game since his return due to injury with 14 points and a 3/6 from the triple. Julius Randle’s 34 points were insufficient for the Knicks.

Phoenix Suns does not lose the trail of the Golden State Warriors. They have 13 victories in 16 games and are only one and a half games behind those of La Bahía. A very interesting fight between two of the teams that are doing the best basketball so far this year. The Suns didn’t have much trouble getting rid of an orphaned Nuggets without Murray and Jokic: In the first quarter, they had already scored 48 points. From there, everything was easier. Deandre Ayton shot up to 21 points and 8 rebounds. Campazzo played 27 minutes and reached 8 points and 2 assists.

Detroit Pistons 116-Los Angeles Lakers 121
