Giresun Municipality Youth Sports Club, which entered into a structure in a short time upon the instruction of Mayor Aytekin Şenlikoğlu and will appear in the Women’s Regional Basketball League of the Turkish Basketball Federation, continues its activities under the supervision of Coach Salim Taslı and his team, shortly before the start of the league.
While the Capital Eagles, DIBA, Elazig Basketball, Toroslar Belediye and Altaş Tigers are in our representative’s group, a total of 26 teams will compete in the league.
Giresun Municipality Youth Sports Club President Alaattin Hafızoğlu stated that they have a modest but good team: “Giresun is a basketball city. By participating in the regional league, we included our basketball players, who can benefit us both from our infrastructure and our staff, together with our teacher Salim Taslı.
