Morikawa threatens Jon Rahm’s number one

The American Collin Morikawa, after his victory in Dubai, stalks the Spanish John Rahm for the number 1 of the world ranking and reduces the distance that separates them to 0.8230 points on average.

The two players, with 9.8468 for Rahm and 9.0238 for Morikawa, are the only ones who aspire to finish the year at the top of the ranking., since the American Dustin Johnson, who occupies the third place, has 7.9476 points of average.

In the top 10 only the iExchange of positions between Norwegian Viktor Hovland, now ninth, and South African Louis Oosthuizen that happens to occupy the tenth place.

Among the Latin American players in the top 100, the Mexican Abraham Ancer gains two positions to be twelfth, the Chilean Joaquín Niemann remains in the 30th position, the Spanish Sergio García drops two to 46, Mexican Carlos Ortiz drops 4 to 53, Colombian Sebastián Muñoz wins 12 to 59, Venezuelan Jhonattan Vegas wins 6 to 84, Argentine Emiliano Grillo drops 5 to 85 and Spaniard Santiago Tarrío rises 4 to 96.
