Section 32 Withdrawal of the license
1. The license for soccer teachers, trainers with A license and trainers with DFB Elite Youth license can be withdrawn by the DFB Presidium – if necessary at the request of the teaching staff – if the trainer
a) does not or no longer meet the requirements (§§ 12 ff.) required for the granting of the license, or
b) evades the implementation of proceedings initiated against him or pending initiation because he is not or no longer a member of a club of a member association of the DFB.
2. Instead of withdrawing a license, the DFB Presidium can issue a temporary suspension in special circumstances.
3. With the revocation, the DFB Presidium can make the renewed grant of the license dependent on conditions and (or) set a deadline before the expiry of which no new license may be granted.
