Berardi wants to leave and Ikoné is ‘plan B’
After a lifetime playing at the Sassuolo, striker Domenico Berardi is ready to pack his bags and head for an opponent in the box neroverdi. The Italian international would have reached an agreement in principle with Fiorentina, as reported by Italian journalist Daniele Longo, but Sassuolo is clear: €30M clause or nothing. Meanwhile, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, the last official offer made by the viola ensemble is € 15M, which, in this way, would be preparing for the goodbye of Dusan Vlahovic.
From Italy they point out that, in case of not being able to close an agreement with the neroverdi to take over Berardi, Fiorentina would go after Jonathan Ikoné, Lille footballer with whom they would have accelerated the contacts. However, the Florence team is not the only suitor of the French attacker. As reported FootMercato, Sevilla FC would also be interested in incorporating the 23-year-old footballer and he would have already contacted his representative.
