In Jupiler Pro League, the coach’s waltz continues

Back on the waltz of the coaches of the 2021-2022 season in the Jupiler Pro League, after the announcement of the dismissal of Yves Vanderhaeghe at the Cercle de Bruges on Sunday:

September 15, 2021 : Peter Maes is the first D1A coach sacked this season. The former goalkeeper was dismissed by Beerschot a few months after his arrival from Sint-Truiden. The Antwerp club is red lantern with 1 point out of 21. Marc Noë ensures the interim.

September 21, 2021 : The Argentinian Javier Torrente, 52, is the new coach of Beerschot, the red lantern of the championship. Former assistant to Marcelo Bielsa, he arrives with his brother Diego Torrente, video analysis. Belgian assistants Greg Vanderidt and Frank Magerman also join the technical staff.

October 4, 2021 : Mbaye Leye is thanked by Standard after a record of 3 points out of 15 and a 12th place in the championship standings with 13 points in ten games. He took the team on December 30, 2020, replacing Frenchman Philippe Montanier.

12 October 2021 : Karim Belhocine is appointed coach of Kortrijk, where he signs an indefinite contract. The 43-year-old Franco-Algerian, spent two seasons in Charleroi between 2019 and 2021, has already served as assistant, head coach and then technical director in Kortrijk between 2015 and 2017.

November 28, 2021: arrived last February, Yves Vanderhaeghe is dismissed by the Cercle Bruges despite a victory the day before against FC Mechelen (3-1), but it is only the third of the season for the Bruges residents, penultimate in the league with 13 points in 16 games.
