German, Madrid and Basque players at the pickleball exhibition

The Pío Baroja sports center in Donostia yesterday hosted an exhibition of pickleball, an unofficial racket sport that was born in the 1960s in the United States and which has undergone a great expansion in recent years in many countries. Expert players from Germany, Madrid and Euskadi participated in the games held at the Antiguo neighborhood, where a sample of the mechanics of this game that combines elements of tennis, badminton, ping-pong and paddle tennis could be seen. It is played in teams and is suitable for all ages.
