Three Toronto Blue Jays players were named to the major league all-star first-team lineup on Tuesday night.
Robbie Ray (starting pitcher), Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (first baseman) and Marcus Semien (second baseman) have been named to represent the only Canadian formation in major league baseball, while the name of Teoscar Hernandez (outfielder) appears in the second team.
The offspring of former Montreal Expos Vladimir Guerrero finished tied for first in major league in home runs with Salvador Perez. They kicked the ball home 48 times each. The representative of the “Jays” has also trampled the plate 123 times, a peak in the circuit.
On Semien’s side, he hit 45 balls under other skies, setting an all-time mark for athletes moving in his position. He made the second all-star team in 2019 as a shortstop.
