The American team Andretti announced Wednesday the recruitment of Oliver Askew to compete in season 8 of Formula E. After the Indycar, Oliver Askew will discover a different type of single-seater next season, by playing the 8th season of Formulas E. The 24-year-old American has signed a contract with Andretti, a team with which he has already raced in Indy Lights in 2019, where he will be the teammate of Jack Dennis.
“I am delighted to join Andretti again for the full Formula E season in 2022, commented the pilot. Being able to tackle this new chapter of my career with them is indescribable. I’m very proud to be the only American driver in Formula E.
