Davis Cup> Italy lose ‘Harry Potter’ ahead of quarter-final

Italian tennis is in mourning.

The Italian Tennis Federation has announced the death of Pierfrancesco Parra, the iconic doctor of the national team, at the age of 64.

Nicknamed “Harry Potter” across the Alps, he had perfected a healing laser for players.

Pierfrancesco Parra, considered a “magician” by many athletes, healed all kinds of injuries.

Jannik Sinner, Fabio Fognini, Lorenzo Sonego and company will wear a black armband this Monday in the Davis Cup quarter-finals against Croatia.
