Covid-19 Response – Face masks are to be worn in the communal parts of the venue including foyer and passage ways. A hand sanatory station is available at the reception area of venue.
We now have a limited number of spaces to ensure we minimize the risk of crowded spaces and contact. We will open RSVP’s at 6pm each Tuesdays on a first come first serve basis. We understand that we have a larger demand for what we can facilitate under new measures but we will do the best we can to adapt to new procedures, ensuring we can engage with as much of our audience as possible.

We will keep a register of those who have signed up to attend. If you are unable to attend following RSVP, please update status to allow someone else to take space. If you fail to comply, we have the right to refuse entry for future sessions.

Please note – We also have an audience outside of meetup so we will only be able to allocate a selected number of spaces via meetup platform.

We have updated our payment option, introducing card payments which can be made payable on arrival. Cash payments will still be accepted.

We will continue to deliver a format of beginners half of hall and more advanced for those who wish to engage in a more competitive session. We will have volunteers on site to guide and administer the session where applicable.

During this unprecedented time, we may change procedures around to suit the needs of the audience, so we appreciate cooperation in advance.

*Location Update* The Doug Ellis Sports Centre now has a new car park which can be accessed on Aldridge Road opposite the Johnsons offices.

Look forward to seeing you guys soon!
