Cristiano Ronaldo saved Manchester United 2: 2 (1: 1) at Atalanta Bergamo. In stoppage time (90th + 1) the superstar equalized. The Portuguese also equalized in stoppage time in the first half. Josip Ilicic (12th) and Duvan Zapata (56th) scored for Bergamo.
This means that Man United remain leaders in Group F, and like the English, Villarreal CF now have seven points on their account. The Spanish club won 2-0 (1-0) against Young Boys Bern. Etienne Capoue had put Villarreal in the lead (36th), in the 89th minute Arnaut Danjuma made it 2-0 – the decision.
