This Saturday, the Badistes had an appointment for a major event: the Badminton Club tournament in Waremme, a subtle mix between good level and conviviality.
Despite the masks and covid measures to be respected. The Waremme Badminton tournament was able to take place. The 230 participants present were there to have a good time but also to do sport again after the covid. In women’s, men’s or mixed doubles, they all came to the Edmond Leburton sports center to hit the wheel.
If this sport is nice for the players, it is also very pleasant visually, even more so for the doubles where it can go very very very quickly. In addition, several doubles present at the Waremmien tournament evolve at a good level.
Young and old, men or women, in view of the world present in Waremme, Badminton continues to please. And it has nothing to envy to other racket sports such as Padel which is currently on the rise.
