Atlético Nacional: tribute to Alexis Henríquez, Macnelly Torres and Alejandro Guerra on fan day | Colombian Soccer | Betplay League

This Wednesday, Atlético Nacional announced the three figures in its history who will be honored in the 16th edition of the purslane fan day, to be held next Saturday, November 6 at the Atanasio Girardot Sports Unit, where the Antioqueños will receive for the date 18 in League II-2021 to Atlético Bucaramanga. They are Alexis Henríquez, Macnelly Torres and Alejandro Guerra, three figures of that team that was champion of the Copa Libertadores in 2016.

They are Alexis Henríquez, Macnelly Torres and Alejandro Guerra, three figures of that team that was champion of the Copa Libertadores in 2016.

After a complicated 2020 where the pandemic did not allow this institutional event to be held in person. This version of the day of the purslane fan comes with everything, not only because of the activities that the club has prepared for its fans, but also because of the honorees who will have this Saturday to once again feel that affection of the purslane fans. The ‘Capi’, ‘Mac’ and ‘Lobo’ are in the hearts of the purslane fans, who will come en masse to give them that affection that they earned on the field.

Alexis Henríquez was the last of the three that the club announced on its social networks. The samarium who ended his sports career at the beginning of 2020, is the only Colombian player to lift the Copa Libertadores with the only two clubs in the country to win it: Once Caldas in 2004 and Nacional in 2016, where he achieved it as captain and benchmark. In addition, his number 12 was withdrawn in tribute to an idol who won 13 titles of the 29 that the green club has in its windows. With Nacional, he played 331 games in all competitions, between 2012 and 2019, where he scored eight goals of the 18 he did in his career.

As for Macnelly, the Barranquilla played 226 games with the Nacional shirt in three cycles: from 2011 to 2012, from 2013 to 2014 and from 2015 to 2018. He scored 34 goals, had 52 assists and won 10 titles. The flyer that has not yet announced his retirement. He continued his career from Nacional to Deportivo Cali and then to Alianza Petrolera. He is currently without a team and is dedicated to different personal endeavors.

While Alejandro Guerra played 89 games between 2014 and 2016, he scored 17 goals, made 13 assists and won four titles. The Venezuelan announced his retirement from professional soccer a couple of months ago and so far, he is the only player from that country to have won the Copa Libertadores. In addition, having been chosen the best player of the 2016 edition and he is the only Venezuelan to have scored a goal in a Club World Cup.

Henríquez, Macnelly and Guerra, join historical figures of the stature of René Higuita, Reinaldo Rueda, Faustino Asprilla, Hernán Darío Herrera, Víctor Aristizábal, the roster of the 1989 Libertadores Cup team, among others, as the people honored in one day of the purslane fan.

Ticket office for sale for the day of the purslane fan

Starting this Wednesday afternoon, Atlético Nacional fans will be able to purchase the tickets for next Saturday’s game against Atlético Bucaramanga, on the 18th in League II-2021. They are available through the Siempre Verdolagas portal. The prices are as follows: North and South: $ 15,000, Low Eastern: $ 29,000, High Eastern: $ 35,000, Low Western: $ 44,000, High Western: $ 50,000, Platea: $ 80,000 and VVIP: $ 95,000.

The purchase of two tickets per person is enabled. Children over 14 years of age enter the south gallery, walkers enter the western and eastern gallery and children over 5 years old enter the north gallery. All children must enter with their ballot and the approved capacity is 100 percent, that is, about 45,000 fans will be able to be at the Atanasio.

On the recommendation of the Colombian Ministry of Health, it is mandatory for all fans to present the vaccination card, with at least one certified dose at the time of entering the stadium. The card can be carried virtually or physically.
